So in a post I wrote on what I liked at E3 2019, I talked about how much money I was gonna be spending on collector’s editions of games. I don’t wanna be alone in that spending. So spend money with me. It’ll be fun. Also, if I post a link to a preorder, it’ll be for the PS4 unless it’s exclusive to the Switch or Xbox. I like playing on the PS4, and I’ll get a Switch before the end of June. Promise.
Cyberpunk 2077 Collector’s Edition
Look, I already got it. If you didn’t get it already, I’m sorry. This bad boy is noice. CD Projekt Red knows how to put together a collector’s edition. Just look at it.
I bet the figure is like hand painted and all that. Plus, you get the sourcebook for the tabletop game. One thing I’ve always wanted to do since I started playing tabletop games is playing in a cyberpunk campaign. Now I can!

Final Fantasy 7 Remake Collector’s Edition
I’ve been in an internal fight with myself about this. On the one hand, I want it. On the other, money. The FF7R CE comes with some cool shit that’s not a figure, but I mean the real reason why you buy this is for the figure.
This CE can only be purchased on the Square-Enix site.
Doom Eternal Collector’s Edition
You. Can. Wear. The. Helmet. Plus, it got a steel case straight from Mondo. If you know anything about Mondo, you know they put out some good shit. Currently sold out on Amazon, but I think it’s on Walmart right now. Get it before it goes.
The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening Collector’s Edition:
Right now, this is only available in Europe, but they gotta be doing something statewide right? At least Best Buy is doing a “Dreamer Edition”, which gives you the game plus an art book. It’s $10 more than the regular version. For now, you just get to look at the CE of the game.
Gears 5 Ultimate Collector’s Edition and Jack Drone Complete Collector’s Edition Bundle
Wow, what a mouthful. (that’s what she said). Exclusive to Gamestop, you can get the ultimate CE set cause it comes with a fucking drone. Do some weird shit with it. It also has some other stuff too. Buy it so Gamestop can stay in business. Or don’t so you can watch it burn.
I’ll keep my eye out for any other CEs that get announced this week and I’ll update this as time goes on.
